LSGH Green Dome: Campus Updates - Issue 7

Charting our path to 2030: The new LSGH Mission and Vision

As we look forward to the future, we must continue to evolve. Last May 18, Brother President Edmundo Fernandez FSC officially launched the new LSGH Mission and Vision during the Institutional Assembly at the BDC. Built on the foundation of our Catholic identity, the new roadmap enjoins the LSGH community to innovate with purpose, expand our global presence, and inspire deep transformation in our learners.

MISSION

We nurture the full potential and well-being of our learners through:
-accessible, innovative, and future-responsive educational programs,

Together and by association, we form exemplary Lasallian leaders who serve the poor and care for the environment.

Safer school rides ahead: LSGH and LTFRB inspect transport fleet

La Salle Green Hills prioritizes safety and security above all else, ensuring our bus providers maintain top-tier mechanical and operational standards for a secure and reliable commute for students. In line with this, the school has recently partnered with the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) for an onsite inspection of LSGH-accredited school bus units. On May 18, under the supervision of Atty. Jocelyn V. Tataro, OIC of the Franchise Planning and Monitoring Division, an inspection team from both the LTFRB Central Office and the National Capital Region (NCR) Technical

Development Office (TDO) conducted a thorough, on-site safety and protocol audit of nearly 80 accredited bus units. Working alongside the Safety and Security Office (SSO), the LTFRB team carefully evaluated every single accredited vehicle to guarantee absolute roadworthiness and strict compliance with national safety standards. For the upcoming school year, we encourage our parents to explore our accredited transport options. Please contact the Safety and Security Office (SSO) at 8721200 local 470, or email Mr. Erwin Garcia at erwin.garcia@lsgh.edu.ph for inquiries and further assistance.

LSGH hosts traffic coordination meeting with MMDA and local partners

Ahead of the opening of classes on June 9, 2026, La Salle Green Hills (LSGH) hosted a Traffic Coordination Meeting on May 19. Held at the Brother Alphonsus Conference Room (BACR), the meeting highlighted LSGH’s ongoing commitment to ensuring safe and passable roads along Ortigas Avenue through community-driven initiatives, including traffic flow adjustments, designated loading zones, drop-off and pick-up points, and staggered dismissal schedules. In attendance were local and national authorities, including the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP), as well as community partners like the Greenhills East Village Association (GEVA) and the La Salle Parents Association (LSPA).

Parents Orientation: Building Connections, Stronger Together at LSGH

La Salle Green Hills successfully welcomed parents, guardians, and students during the annual orientation week, running from May 28 to June 1, 2026. The event allowed families to meet teachers and administrators, learn about classroom expectations, explore the campus, and prepare students for the opening of classes. A special online session, "Clear Lanes: Understanding the LSGH Traffic Scheme," was also held on June 1 to prepare for the school run.

The 2026 LSGH EOMS Management Review: Strengthening our commitment to institutional growth

Last May 18, the LSGH community gathered at the Brother Donato Center (BDC) for the Management Review. This formal process allows school leaders to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the school's management system. The objective is to ensure all policies, goals, and processes remain aligned with our mission, vision, and stakeholder needs. Key highlights of the review included enrollment updates, performance data, audits, and feedback. Overall, the event strengthened our shared community commitment to continual institutional growth.
